TOKYO SMOKE RETURN POLICY
Before placing an order through our website, we recommend that you carefully research the product you intend to purchase. If you would like any additional information about a product before making a purchase, please contact us; we have a team of friendly, experienced, and very knowledgeable Service Representatives standing by who are happy to help you.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is in brand-new condition but defective.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within five (5) business days of receiving the item at email@example.com with details of the product and the defect. If we authorize the return, you can send the item you consider defective to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product in a timely manner.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item: you are responsible for any item that you ship to us until we receive it.
On purchases made with a credit card, the same credit card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund. The credit will endeavor to be made within five (5) to seven (7) business days of us receiving and verifying the returned Products.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with the foregoing requirements.
